So, my original plan was to post the Tunes For Fucker comps on two separate days, and end the year that way. However, as luck would have it, the great Jimmy From Melonville posted these two collections last month. So for anyone foolish enough to not visit Melonville, I present them here. Tons of 7"s between them, plus various comp tracks to round out our year. Now let's get on to 2018!!!

V/A - Tunes For Fucker - Vol. 1 & Vol. 2

Here's a couple collections for all you fuckers out there. These two collections are from 2007. Yes I've posted some of these individually. Hell, I posted the Zouo 7" a few days ago. That's absolutely no reason to not grab both of these volumes and play dangerously loud! Four 7"s on each volume. Enjoy fucker!

V/A - You Can Set The Dove Free... But What About The Hawk

Oh yeah, we're rounding the year out with some collections. At some point people started getting the brilliant idea of packaging some of the great Japanese hardcore 7"s together. This one is from 1996 and features The Sexual, So What, 充電装置 and Crow. Yes, yes, yes and yes!

Zouo - The Final Agony 7"

Some heavy hardcore from Zouo on this winter Wednesday. I believe this was their only actual release, from 1984. However I do believe there is more recorded stuff out there.

Ikkashinju - Dead Section 7"

Another favorite today. Ikkashinju released several 7"s throughout the late 80's. This is their first, from 1985. And it ends all too quick.

Rose Rose - Mosh Of Ass

Rose Rose began way back in 1983 and are still churning out bad ass Japanese punk metal today! To be honest I haven't heard much past the very early 90's, but the 80's shit can tear the paint off the walls. This is their full length debut from 1987.

Poison - 毒 7"

Don't worry, today's post doesn't include Bret Michaels and C.C. DeVille. This is Japan's Poison, and WAY better in my opinion. Great late 80's Japanese hardcore.

An interesting 7" from an interesting band. Various styles show up, sometimes in the same song. Definitely leaves you wanting more.

Human Gas - Explosives

Another ear-splitting collection today. This time from the band Human Gas. A retrospective of their brief, but very loud existence.

Aburadako - Self-Titled

These guys are nuts. In the absolutely best way.This was originally released as yet another self-titled 7", released in 1984. It seems they struggled to find names for their releases. In 1999 it was re-released with a whole bunch of extra stuff. Absolute insanity!!

Confuse - Nuclear Addicts 7"

Another band I know nothing about. They managed to have several releases throughout their late 80's run. This is their debut 7" from 1984.

Crow - Last Chaos

It seems the mid-80's was a sweet spot for some classic Japanese hardcore. And Crow can be thrown right into the mix. I mean, when the first track is called Anarchy Chaos Destruction you're kinda calling your shot. Definite graduates of the Discharge school of hardcore. Very heavy stuff.

Death Side - Satisfy The Instinct 7"

Death Side started delivering bass-heavy hardcore in the mid 80's. And the world quickly became a better place for it. Granted, some hearing was lost along the way.

Self Complacency

Deadless Muss - 5 Years Imprisonment

Yet another band I know nothing about and didn't discover until the digital age. Deadless Muss ripped up the late 80's with a handful of releases. This is their lone full length, from 1988. And they were apparently one of the few bands to spring for color printing on their album cover.

C.F.D.L. - Atrocity Exhibition 7"

Ok, so technically we're cheating a little bit today and sneaking in a 90's Japanese band. C.F.D.L. stands for Crazy Fucked-up Daily Life. Fans of the great UK band Disorder might recognize that. They would almost certainly like this EP. It is definitely cut from the same cloth. Here's C.F.D.L.'s 1990 debut.

Another all-too-quick 7" from another Japanese band I know nothing about. These guys are not quite as aggressive as most of the bands you're going to see here this month. But they do their fair share of ripping.

That is how they were introduced on the live track at the end of this release. But truthfully, no introduction can do these boys justice. Just amazing. Period!

Don't know much about this band. In fact that's going to be an ongoing theme this month as well. I didn't discover so many of these great Japanese bands until the age of the music blog. To which I say 'All's well that ends well'. A great 7 song 7" here.

This month we typically reserve for Christmas themed posts. We forgo that this time around and instead repeat a theme from a couple Decembers ago. 80's Japanese hardcore!! Making this month indeed the most wonderful time of the year.

We start with the female-fronted Tokyo monsters The Comes. They moved more towards metal as the 80's progressed. But in 1983 they shredded the hardcore thing.
