Seven Inches Over Europe & Asia

So, we end the month of June with an International Mega Post. It's also a hint of what's to come next month. Spoiler Alert: I'm lazy!

Around a year ago I posted a few collections of 7"s. Today I'm re-posting those 7"s. But individually, not as a big collection. So....

Cheetah Chrome Motherfuckers - Into The Void

The rules clearly state: If you're going to talk Italian hardcore you have mention either Raw Power or Cheetah Chrome Motherfuckers. Well, we have no Raw Power this time around. But what we do have is the 1986 release from the gods CCM. To say this is a more toned down CCM is like saying J.W. Gacy was a more toned down serial killer than Ted Bundy. Although it lacks the punch-in-the-face fury of their first couple 7"s, it's still a damn powerful slab. Reminds me of a less metal (but not entirely un-metal) Accüsed.

Peggio Punx - Disastro Sonoro 7"

Ya got 8 minutes? Then you've got enough time to listen to this awesome punk rock 7".This is all I have from them. But if I had more I'd be happier (hint, hint).

Juggernaut - Self-Titled

Let's spend the weekend in the big boot. Here's the mid-80's release from Florence's Juggernaut. I first heard them on a bad compilation tape. Literally. They appeared on a couple BCT's back in the day. I mentioned I was impressed, and my man ash hooked me up with this full length. It drags a bit in the middle, but all in all it's a damn fine chunk of Italian punk.

Mighty Joe Young - R.I.P.

So much for keeping up to date. I just heard Mighty Joe Young from ANTiSEEN said 'Fuck All Y'All' a month ago. Sad news.

Underage - Afri Cani 7"

Anyone feeling Italian? Well here we are. Underage released this lone 7" in 1983. Real rough sounding. Good and aggressive.

Re-Up Requests, etc.

Ok, I know I've been horrible at re-upping files after receiving requests. So this post should hopefully clear my plate for now. The following links have all been requested and should be good to go now. Enjoy!

And finally, here's a request from a gentleman with refined tastes. Here's the Dwarves and their smash hit 7" from 1988:

Fuck Geez - Cut It Off 7"

Let's end our Asian tour with scum punks the Fuck Geez. Great name, great dirty punk sound.

Lip Cream - 9 Shocks Terror

Japanese speed gods Lip Cream released this all too short 12" in 1987. Still great today.

Gauze - Coretic

Holy shit this is a good release! Gauze kicks serious ass! If you haven't heard these guys stop reading right now and download it. Now!! Powerful shit. I believe this isn't an "official" release. It contains their first two releases (from '85 & '86), plus a few bonus tracks. Top shelf all the way.

Gastunk - Self-Titled 7"

Got room for one more 7" today? Of course you do. Here's Gastunk's 1985 release. It's a bit metal, but damn it's powerful. Love it!

Devil

Dead Person - Self-Titled 7"

Here's another 7" flexi. This one released in 1987. No frills here. Just straight forward, fast Japanese hardcore.

Shout

Re-Zist - Shelter Skelter 7"

You had to know we were going to spend a weekend in Japan this month. We start with a really good, heavy hardcore 7" flexi (remember those?!) from 1986.

No Allegiance - No Cash Value

Off to Germany this week. We start with a really good hardcore/metal band, No Allegiance. I believe they only released two albums. Mad in 1986 and this one in 1987. Great stuff.

V/A - Fala

An interesting post to round out our weekend in Poland. Fala is a compilation released in 1985, and Wikipedia says it's: regarded as the first official presentation of Polish punk rock, new wave music as well as reggae. A unique collection.

Wave

Post Regiment - Self-Titled

Post Regiment formed in the mid to late 80's and carried on through the 90's. They released this LP in '92. Decent late 80's - early 90's style punk. Apparently this band did the opposite of what most do. As their career went on they became harder and faster. Haven't heard it though.

Moskwa - Self-Titled

A little less hardcore on this one. I'd call it punk with some metal leanings. Still, well worth a listen.

Moscow

The Corpse - Skazani Na Ból!

Another great Polish hardcore band is/was The Corpse. This demo was released I believe in 1988. Great stuff!

Siekiera - Atak 7"

Granted, my Polish hardcore collection is anything but vast. That said, this 7" is probably my favorite. Raw hardcore. Apparently towards the end of their run they moved towards a new wave sound. Haven't heard that, but I think I'll be happy sticking with this.

Ax

Rejestracja - Darmowe Wczasy

Last month I paid a brief tribute to someone that I felt deserved it, my mom. This weekend I do the same to someone else that deserves it, my dad. His roots can be traced back to Poland, so that is where we're going to spend this "Father's Day" weekend.

Rejestracja were a good polish hardcore band. They released a few demos in their original run, this one from 1983. The late "aughts" saw their return with new releases.

More bad ass Spanish hardcore today. IV Reich and their discografía completa.

H.H.H. - Demo

Here's the briefest of snippets about H.H.H.

The story of the band was very simple: one day Alex, Marc and Koki decided to emulate the bands they had interviewed or reviewed in their zine, so they created a band just to play the kind of music they liked.

Simple enough. Here's a 6 song demo of unreleased tracks, recorded in 1986. Spanish Hardcore, baby!

Electric Deads - Self-Titled 7"

The Electric Deads were a really cool hardcore outfit from Denmark. Outside of various comp tracks they sadly only released three 7"s. This is their wonderfully unpolished debut. Their 3rd can be found HERE. Their second will eventually make it up here one day.

Raped Teenagers - Jag Gillar Blommor. Jag Gillar Träd. Jag Gillar Naturen Som Den Är. 7"

I Like Flowers. I Like Trees. I Like Nature As It Is. A rather wordy title. But inside is quick hardcore blasts. Typical fantastic Swedish power.

Akutt Innleggelse - The Tape! Demo

Not a lot to say about this one, because I don't know a lot about them. But it is a good hardcore demo from Norway.

English Dogs - Invasion Of The Porky Men

I vaguely remember hearing the English Dogs often described as GBH clones. Is that really so bad? Here's their debut full length from 1984. Porky... Porky!
