Rebels & Infidels - Gov't Primer 7"

So, Rebels & Infidels were a really cool band out of Northern California. They started as Scream and released a debut 7". When they changed their name to R&I they re-released it with that name. A cool 4 song 7" from 1982.

    I love this. I am trying to figure out if this is the same band that released "corporate picnic".
