Let's hop over from Texas to Louisiana. New Orleans to be exact. Punx4Life presents Shell Shock. Here's some info on the band:

ShellShock formed in 1980 and were one of, if not THE first hardcore band in New Orleans.
They played countless shows, and released 2 EP's, 2 LPs and a cassette in their time.

Upon Greg leaving the band in 1988, Kirk Windstein joined on vocals and added a 2nd guitar to the band, leaning them in a more metal direction.
After guitarist Mike "Hatch Boy" Hatch's demise this band eventually evolved into what is now Crowbar.
