Another band I know absolutely nothing about today. But when you spot a release called Cop Corpse can you really pass it up? Lucky for us it's a really good 7". I have learned that their name is the California Penal (heh heh, penal!) Code for Public Drunkenness. So, there's that.
The band has members of the Hypnotics a old school l.a. punk band. Also the bass player formed Standard And Poor later. This band is playing again as well.
