Tex & The Horseheads - Self-Titled

Regarded as one of the first bands to play 'cowpunk' was LA's Tex & The Horseheads. Here's their entertaining 1984 debut. Good stuff and, am I crazy? Do I also hear perhaps a Germs influence as well?
