Dissent - Boy Eats Own Head

Dissent was one of the few bands to come out of the Dakotas. Originally hailing from Rapid City, South Dakota. They released several records throughout the late 80's. Good, poppy, no frills hardcore. P.S., does anyone know of any NORTH Dakota hardcore bands?
