Everyone has ideas once in a while, right? Some good, some bad. Well in the early nineties a few guys thought this was a good idea. A star Spangled tribute to America's 37th President. It's fun, I'll give you that. And, to quote something I learned from a Butthole Surfers album, 'it's better to regret something you have done, than regret something you haven't done.'
